The General President of the Turkey Agricultural Chambers Union (TZOB), Şemsi Bayraktar, evaluated the "June producer-market prices" and "monthly and annual input price changes". In this evaluation, the potato prices produced in Nevşehir were particularly of interest. According to market, bazaar, and market data, average prices compiled from Ankara, İzmir, İstanbul, Mersin, Antalya, and Bursa provinces were published. Accordingly, potatoes leave the producer's hand at 8 liras 13 kuruş, while seeing 13 liras 83 kuruş in wholesale markets. Potatoes entering the bazaar at 17 liras 33 kuruş rise to 20 liras 81 kuruş in markets.
