A significant increase in prices for key types of livestock products has been recorded in the Ukrainian market. Recent monitoring data indicates that with the end of March, eggs and poultry meat have shown a noticeable rise in cost. This is reported by AgroReview Experts note that this price increase is due to seasonal factors as well as a substantial rise in production costs. These factors compel agricultural enterprises to adjust their selling prices in order to maintain profitability. Main Changes in Price Dynamics by Product Type Chicken Eggs. The price of eggs has increased by 6.5–8% in recent times. The average price for a dozen eggs of category C1 is currently 66 UAH, while category C0 is 70 UAH. Poultry Meat.
