QvExtra! celebrates its assembly: incorporation of Canoliva, excellence of SIQEV PDO olive oils and follow-up of the healthy claims project

The day before the assembly, a technical visit was made to the Oro del Desierto oil mill, where attendees were able to see firsthand its facilities and production processes. During the day, a masterclass on MOSH-MOAH was given by Indlab and Pieralisi, which provided high technical and educational value to the members. The day concluded with a social dinner. Also, within the framework of the assembly, there was a break to enjoy a breakfast-tasting of Oro del Desierto SIQEV EVOOs, an experience that -according to the entity- allowed attendees to enjoy and delve into the sensory quality of the host’s extra virgin oils.
