It is produced by the bakery 'Mijammi Gwaa'. This company developed rice bread manufacturing technology using the dedicated rice flour variety 'Baromi 2' since 2020. With 'Nongdari Rice Bread' as its flagship product, it currently offers 137 types of diverse rice breads, ranging from red bean bread to campagne. Mijammi Gwaa is establishing itself as a model for rice bread production and creating a virtuous cycle of rice flour production, processing, and distribution. Mijammi Gwaa has received the 'Gold Prize' at the rice flour confectionery and bakery new menu tasting event and the agricultural and food processing award at the World Agricultural and Fisheries Technology Awards.
