The Russian agricultural watchdog, Rosselkhoznadzor, plans to start video checks of milk producers in Iran on October 25. This decision follows negotiations with the Iranian Veterinary Organization regarding resuming imports of milk and dairy products, which have been suspended since February 2020 due to violations of EAEU veterinary legislation. The video inspections will cover milk processing enterprises, farms, and milk collection points, with the Russian department expecting answers to technical questions from Iranian manufacturers by October 22. The list of companies to be inspected includes Solico Kalleh organization No. IR 3002, which has been repeated violations of antibacterial drug residue limits.
