Rubber Prices Today, 6/11 Worldwide On the global market, prices for this commodity are uniformly increasing. At the time of survey, RSS3 at the Tokyo Commodity Exchange (TOCOM) for May 2025 increased by 4.6 yen (1.5%); reaching 302.2 yen/kg. Meanwhile, on the Shanghai Futures Exchange (SHFE), natural rubber futures for June 2025 rose sharply by 160 CNY (1.19%); to 13,660 CNY/kg. In Thailand, June-term rubber prices increased slightly by 0.02 baht (0.2%); at 72.62 baht/kg. Rubber prices today rose strongly in Japan and China, but increased slightly in Thailand. BYD, China's leading electric vehicle manufacturer, has reduced prices by up to 34% for 22 models, raising concerns about tire price pressure and potential natural rubber price declines.
