A study by the company indicates a positive perception of Russian wines, with 56% of respondents believing they are of good quality and 62% thinking they can compete with foreign brands. Restaurant chef Alexey Medvedev anticipates a popular trend for southern sparkling and white wines, along with cocktails featuring Russian ingredients, while expert Ulyana Suzdalkina expects a high demand for Crimean wines in the upcoming summer. The Simple Group aims to double its Russian wine portfolio in the next financial year.
