Seasonal fruit in Italy under the IFN lens

A subdued morning as regards sales, there is probably a drop in turnout due to the holiday effect. For watermelons we point out a slight but not significant drop in price; on melons we register a drop in price especially on netted, while smooth maintains high prices. Regular situation for stone fruits, but on cherries and apricots we notice some more difficulties. With the explosion of heat in recent days, we expect a surge in consumption, especially of melons and watermelons.
