Russia: Kuban counts on its own varieties and hybrids

The Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation proposed from next year to quota the import of soybean, corn and sunflower seeds, for which the country is highly dependent on foreign selection. For the regions of the South of Russia, their hybrids will be enough for the current sowing campaign, according to the National Seed Alliance.
