Starch producer Royal Avebe completes 2025 potato campaign and enters inter-campaign period

Royal Avebe has concluded the potato campaign for the 2025 growing year. The potato starch factories in the Netherlands and Germany operated well and steadily during the campaign. Processing went according to plan. The quality of the delivered starch potatoes was good. The average starch content was around 20%. There were, however, differences between regions. This growing year, there have been many potatoes on the market in Europe. Avebe has also noticed this. In total, more potatoes were processed this year than average. All potatoes that members registered in the autumn inventory according to the delivery conditions (A, B and C volume) have been collected.
