In Diyarbakır, Turkey, agricultural centers are starting the barley and wheat harvest, with hay made from combine harvesters in grain fields being sold to breeders across the country. Despite the heat reaching 45 degrees, 70 tons of hay are pressed daily by workers. The employer, Veysi Sevim, struggles to find employees for the job, offering 2,500 TL per day. The hay is then sent out as animal feed from the region. The workers face challenges such as high temperatures and dust, working from June to November, with a team of five providing round-the-clock service on the land.
