The article highlights the efforts of Taiwan's local fishermen's associations and young farmers to improve the quality and traceability of domestically produced aquatic products like sea bream, sea bass, milkfish, white shrimp, and clams. These improvements include small packaging and suitable serving sizes, backed by traceability and indication of production and sales history. The national traceability of aquatic products has been applied to over 2,096 households, covering about 62,880 metric tons and bringing in approximately 6.602 billion yuan. The e-commerce platform 'Xianhaogou' has launched a special zone to offer traceable aquatic products, supporting Taiwanese fishermen and ensuring the freshness of the products through cold chain preservation.
