The bulletin points out that “a part of the buyers had schedules ready for the beginning of the second week of January and were testing lower prices, but without any deals concluded.” Companies that did not have long schedules “kept the offers within the references,” which resulted in stable prices for all categories. The slaughter schedules were, on average, 11 days. In Bahia, the scenario varied according to the region.
