Bashkiria is set to increase its milk processing capacity by 30% with the opening of three new dairy production facilities. These facilities will produce baby food, soft cheeses, and a joint production of raw milk and kalyata cheese with Belarusian investors. The facilities will require 600 tons of raw milk per day and are expected to process 72 thousand tons of milk per year. The products will be supplied to the eastern regions of Russia, China, and Uzbekistan.
