From January to April 2023, Ukraine imported cattle, pig, sheep, and horse by-products worth $5.7 million, with April's imports reaching $1.3 million. The main suppliers were Poland, Belgium, and Sweden, contributing 53.2%, 16.8%, and 9% of the imports, respectively. The exports of these by-products during the same period earned $147,000, with the main buyers being Hong Kong, Ghana, and Liberia. There was a significant decrease in pork imports, by 4.5 times, during this period.
