The Russian Ministry of Agriculture plans to increase grain exports to 81 million tons by 2030, as part of a strategy to boost grain and leguminous crop production to 170 million tons. However, the exports of oilseeds are projected to decrease to 2.5 million tons by 2030, down from 5 million tons in 2023, while the exports of vegetable oils are expected to rise from 7 million tons to 9 million tons.
