Russia plans to increase its agricultural exports from $ 45 to $ 47 billion by 2030, with grain remaining the main export product despite restrictions. The government sees potential in processed food exports and aims to increase food exports to countries like China, India, Southeast Asia, the Middle East, and Africa. Currently, 40% of Russian exports are grain crops, 40% are ready-made food, and 20% is fish. To increase exports, the government needs to shift its state support from producers of raw materials to processors of finished products.
