TS. Nguyễn Thị Thúy Hằng (University of Law) and the leaders of Hai Ninh Ward People’s Committee presided over the conference. The seminar was part of the scientific and technological project "Establishment, Management, and Development of the Ky Ninh Fish Sauce Certification Trademark" implemented by the University of Law. Previously, the project research team had also evaluated the potential for protecting the Ky Ninh Fish Sauce certification trademark in the Australian and New Zealand markets and found it feasible.
