The price of the irrigation water delivery service for the 2025 and 2026 irrigation seasons has been approved by an order from the Minister of Agriculture and Food Georgi Tahkov. The price of gravity-delivered water is 0.025 BGN/cu.m., and for pump-delivered water, it is 0.038 BGN/cu.m. All contractors of "Irrigation Systems" who have been paying the higher current price so far will receive credit notices and will be refunded the overpaid amounts. Water users who have not paid the irrigation water delivery service fee will have the opportunity to pay the service at the new prices without being charged interest for late payments.
