Sea bass, also known as 'Chulseeo', is rich in protein, essential amino acids, niacin, and omega 3 fatty acids, which are beneficial for muscle building, improving physical strength, and maintaining blood vessel health. Both fish are enjoyed for their taste and texture, especially during summer.
