The 13th National Sheep Breeders’ Fair in Bulgaria is underway, bringing together delegations from 12 countries to focus on international partnerships in the sheep breeding sector. The event, held near Lyaskovets, includes business meetings, farm tours, and discussions on export opportunities and best practices. Organized by the National Sheep and Goat Breeders' Association (NOKA) and the Heritage in the Future Foundation, with support from the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Bulgaria, the fair is a unique combination of farming competitions, cultural activities, and an animal exhibition, positioning Bulgaria as a European and global leader in sustainable livestock breeding.
