The digitalization and modernization of the agri-food sector in Spain "is not a future, but the present," and Spain leads European investments through the Common Agricultural Policy (CAP) related to the technification of the countryside, with millions of euros as indicated by the Secretary of State for Agriculture and Food, María Begoña García Bernal. She said this after inaugurating the eighth edition of the DATAGRI forum for the promotion of digital transformation in the agri-food sector, which is being held this Wednesday and Thursday in Murcia, and explained that the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food (MAPA) has long been promoting the digitalization of this sector.
