International sales of avocados also increase, rising from €36.5 million in the first month of 2025 to over €41 million in 2026. The value of exports of vegetables and fruits from Andalusia has grown by almost 10.5% in January 2026 compared to the same month in 2025. Specifically, this year sales reached €688.7 million while in January 2025 these purchases reported close to €623.8 million; therefore, an interannual increase of almost €65 million is observed. According to specific products, the data compiled by the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development point to a growth of almost 34% in zucchinis, whose exports rose from €47.9 million in January 2025 to more than €64 million in the same month this year.
