"These are scammers," the veterinary service emphasizes. "Yaroslavl Oblast is a region that is safe from infectious diseases of farm animals, and therefore, unplanned veterinary measures are not being conducted at this time," the statement reads. The institution stresses that all planned veterinary measures are officially announced in advance, including through the district administrations. Genuine specialists work in specialized clothing marked with the service's designation and are required to present their credentials. The decision to remove animals is made exclusively by the regional government and formalized with the appropriate decree.
