The Spanish water reserve remains at the same level this week as the previous one, at 83% of its total capacity, currently accumulating 46,495 hectometers cubed compared to 46,494 from the previous week. According to data provided by the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (Miteco), rainfall has been scarce in the Atlantic watershed and virtually non-existent in the Mediterranean watershed. The maximum precipitation occurred in Santander, with 25 liters per square meter. The reserve remains at the same level in the internal basins of the Basque Country (95.2%), according to Miteco.
