The Spanish wine industry has launched the 'VitaeVino' campaign in collaboration with agricultural organizations, wineries, regulatory councils, and cooperatives, aiming to promote wine culture and the right to moderate consumption across a dozen European countries. The campaign seeks to gather support from citizens, workers, and political representatives, emphasizing that its goal is to protect, not sell, the culture. With Spain being the third largest wine exporter in the world, the industry highlights its economic significance, generating 4% of the country's GDP and supporting 400,000 jobs. The campaign will be officially launched in various European countries and will include an event at the European Parliament.
