Turkey: The General Directorate of Agricultural Enterprises exported 9 thousand more doses of bull semen to Azerbaijan

In his written statement, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry İbrahim Yumaklı emphasized that one of the most important items of the livestock road map that they will implement in the 2024-2028 period is to increase productivity by encouraging the use of artificial insemination and domestic semen. Stating that one of the organizations that has a say in domestic semen production in Turkey is TİGEM affiliated with the Ministry, Yumaklı noted that the organization obtains semen from bulls with high genetic capacity at the Sultansuyu Agricultural Enterprise Sperm Production Center.
