A partnership between Devida, UNODC, and the Ecological Agricultural Cooperative of Women Coffee Growers of Villa Rica (Cemcavir) aims to enhance the productivity, profitability, and sale of organic coffee in Villa Rica, Oxapampa province. The collaboration focuses on alternative development, biodiversity conservation, and female empowerment, with support from the European Union and France. The agreement includes technical assistance, sustainable practices promotion, and organizational strengthening of Cemcavir, with a one-year execution period covering villages in Pasco and Junín. The goal is to improve livelihoods and align productive practices with biodiversity conservation and sustainable economic development.
