From January to October of this year, Ukraine experienced a 25% increase in dairy product foreign trade turnover compared to the same period last year, totaling UAH 444.1 million. This growth is largely due to a 124% rise in imports, which now stand at $250.2 million, compensating for a 20% drop in exports to $194 million. The import of oil products saw the most significant growth, rising by 368%. There has also been a notable increase in the import of uncondensed milk and cream by 346%, milk and condensed cream products by 195%, ice cream by 172%, and cheeses by 115%. While the import of other dairy products experienced smaller growth, the figures remain substantial.
