As a result of Russian strikes on civilian infrastructure, railways and ports cannot operate at full capacity due to damage to their infrastructure, electricity shortages, and constant blackouts. Obviously, the inability to export significant volumes of the harvested crop due to logistics problems will have an extremely negative impact on Ukrainian agricultural producers and prices in the domestic market.
