The Lublin Agricultural Council draws attention to the unequal competition between domestic producers and suppliers from outside the EU in terms of food control. It calls for changes in this area. The Board of the Lublin Agricultural Chamber (LIR) has adopted and published a position on the research of domestic and imported food. It points out a significant problem of unequal treatment of producers in terms of food safety control and research for the presence of unauthorized or undesirable substances in raw materials and agricultural food products. "In Poland, the entire production process - from the acquisition of raw materials, through the subsequent technological stages, to the creation of the final product - is subject to constant supervision and detailed controls by the appropriate services.
