Over the period from January 2022 to July 2022, it increased at an average monthly rate of +2.4%. The most prominent rate of growth was recorded in March 2022 an increase of 13% m-o-m. The import price peaked at $6,602 per ton in May 2022; afterwards, it flattened through to July 2022. There were significant differences in the average prices amongst the major supplying countries. In July 2022, the country with the highest price was Colombia ($6,656 per ton), while the price for Vietnam ($3,492 per ton) was amongst the lowest.
