A new innovative product, SALAdMI, created in collaboration between Szent István University and Blue Seven Group Zrt., has been given the green light for production. This vegetable salami, developed by Tamás Csurka, resembles traditional salami but offers a healthier alternative with its vegetable-based ingredients. Initially available in two flavors, red and green, the product is a convenient food option for those with busy schedules who enjoy vegetables. The manufacturing technology behind the product is patented, allowing for a variety of flavor combinations. The product aims to cater to vegetable lovers and meat consumers looking to incorporate more greens into their diet, also promoting sustainability through food rescue.
