Vietnam's cashew nut exports have seen significant growth, with an increase of 47.7% in volume and 37.1% in value in October compared to the previous year. China has surpassed the United States as the largest buyer of Vietnamese cashew nuts. However, the average export price of cashew nuts from Vietnam has been declining, raising concerns about the quality of the product. The industry is urged to set new standards and focus on processing quality to remain competitive in the global market.
