The latest report from VPSA shows that in the first half of August 2025, Vietnamese enterprises exported 10,830 tons of various types of pepper, bringing in 71.8 million USD. Compared to July 2025, the export volume decreased slightly by 0.2%, but the value increased by 2.1% thanks to a higher average export price, reaching approximately 6,630 USD/ton. From the beginning of the year to now, the total export turnover of pepper has exceeded the 1 billion USD mark and is approaching 1.1 billion USD, affirming Vietnam's continued status as the world's largest pepper supplier. Among the leading export enterprises, Simexco Dak Lak has risen to the top position with 1,076 tons, accounting for nearly 10% of the entire industry's market share.
