Water products inspections were conducted by the Kırklareli Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry. The provincial Directorate of Agriculture and Forestry water products control teams carried out inspections on fishing boats at the port in İğneada township, which is part of Demirköy district. During the inspections, the minimum catchable sizes and weight measurements of fish were taken, and the suitability of fishing equipment as well as license and permit documents were examined. The teams also checked the quota compliance, quantity accuracy, and transportation conditions of fish caught by the fishing boats.
