The USDA has released new grain export inspection data for the week ending February 3, 2022. The report shows that corn and wheat volume has slightly increased from the previous week, while soybean volume has decreased. Corn export inspections totaled 41.5 million bushels, with Japan as the main destination. Soybean export inspections saw a moderate decline, with China continuing to be the main importer. Wheat export inspections also increased, with South Korea as the main buyer. The cumulative totals for the 2021/22 marketing year are still behind last year’s pace for all three grains.
