According to data released by Cepea, the market for wheat lots — which involves transactions between companies — shows contrasting movements. In Paraná, prices continue to fall, mainly pressured by the increase in domestic availability of the grain. Meanwhile, in states such as São Paulo, Rio Grande do Sul, and Santa Catarina, prices are more stable, supported by consumer market demand. In the over-the-counter market, which considers the values paid directly to producers, the trend is downward in almost all monitored regions, with the exception of Santa Catarina, where prices remain relatively stable. The internal movements are accompanied by changes in foreign trade as well. With the end of the national harvest, Brazil resumed wheat exports in November. According to data from the Secretariat of Foreign Trade (Secex), 121,160 thousand tons were exported in the month — the highest volume since March 2025.
