However, it is later realized that from the enactment of the regulatory framework to the actual start of activities, there is not just one detail missing but a whole process. This is what wine producers are experiencing who want to start the industrial-scale production of dealcoholized wine. The interministerial decree that was supposed to sanction the start of partially and totally dealcoholized wine production in Italy (in the past, producers had to go abroad for dealcoholization operations) arrived at the end of last December. The measure does not require implementing decrees but provides that the territorial offices of the Customs Agency issue the relevant production authorizations.
