The Valencian citrus campaign faces a rise in prices due to adverse weather conditions in Spain

VALENCIA, 1 Aug. (EUROPA PRESS) - The Citrus Price Table of the Consulate of the Lonja de Valencia begins the publication of its weekly bulletins corresponding to the new citrus campaign 2023/24 with rising prices at source. The main reason is the decrease in supply that is expected in the citrus industry in the Mediterranean basin "due to adverse weather conditions", as explained by the Valencian Association of Farmers (AVA-Asaja) in a statement.
