The Turkish market sold Sweet-Queen Anne cherries at 0.76 USD/KG in late November or up +18% YoY, while other export markets such as Spain sold Sweet-Picota at 6.42 USD/KG in the fourth week of November, with significant gains since early August. Prices that remain high in Spain and Turkey are the effect of a gradual decline in cherry production when demand is actually high in the market.
