Guntur chillies are valued for their high natural capsaicin content, delivering sharp pungency suitable for grinding, oleoresin extraction, and industrial food applications. The product is supplied as dried whole pods with controlled moisture levels to ensure stable storage and safe international transport.

Red Hot Chilli Powder is produced from carefully selected dried chillies sourced from the Guntur region of Andhra Pradesh, one of India’s most renowned chilli-growing belts known for its strong pungency and vibrant red colour. The chillies are cleaned, graded, and finely ground to deliver consistent heat and colour performance.

Guntur chillies are valued for their high natural capsaicin content, offering robust pungency suitable for spice blends and industrial food formulations. The powder provides a bright red hue along with sharp, characteristic heat, making it suitable for seasonings, snack coatings, sauces, ready-to-eat foods, and spice blends.

Granularity (mesh size) can be customized based on customer specifications to meet specific application requirements. Moisture levels are controlled to ensure stability and storage performance.

Paprika Oleoresin

Paprika Oleoresin is obtained through controlled solvent extraction of dried ripe fruits of Capsicum annuum, concentrating natural red colour pigments with minimal pungency. It is supplied as a dark red to reddish-brown, oily liquid, soluble in vegetable oils.

The oleoresin is primarily used for natural colour, with colour values typically standardized between 40,000 and 120,000 CU (ASTA). It delivers excellent colour uniformity, stability, and precise dosing compared to paprika powder, making it suitable for processed foods, sauces, seasonings, meat products, snacks, and flavour systems where colour is required without heat.
