On January 6, 2024, the Chinese General Administration of Customs (GACC) announced that Thai dried fruits including mangosteen, pineapple, guava, red Buddha, lemon, lime, figs, bananas, desiccated coconut, cantaloupe, sugar palm, blueberries, lychees, durian, longan, tamarind, and cranberries are permitted for export to China. However, dried plums and dried cherries were not included in the list. Additionally, dried papaya and grapes are among the dried fruits approved for export to China.
