Grower quadruples its productivity by switching to hydroponic production for strawberries

An entrepreneur grower in the Aksu district of Antalya has quadrupled its production efficiency through hydroponic production for strawberries and now the grower is in preparations to export Russia, Ukraine and European countries.

The grower receives the same amount of products from 2 hectares that the other growers receive from 8 hectares. The production is completely organic and the quality of products is premium.

Currently, there is nearly 150 hectare of strawberry production areas in the Aksu district with the officials announcing their intentions to increase it 250 hectares in the near future.
