Lebanese olive oil has high-quality features with low acidity

Lebanon produces around 20 KMT of olive oil which barely meets the domestic consumption. However, Lebanese olive oil exporters are hopeful thanks to low acidity levels, below 1% and to the good yield in 2019/20.
Most of the olive oil production takes place in Northern Lebanon, El Koura region, with 40% of the total production.
