Brazilian pork exports totaled 764,900 tonnes from January to September this year. This figure represents an increase of 42.9% over the same period last year and is also higher than the total exported during 2019, which was 750 thousand tons, according to the Brazilian Association of Animal Protein (ABPA) .
In dollar billing, there was also an increase, totaling USD 1.677 billion from January to September, up 51.9% compared to the same period last year, which was USD 1.103 billion. China remains the main importer of Brazilian pork, followed by Hong Kong, Singapore and Vietnam.
