Canadian pea exports through the first 12 weeks of the 2020/21 crop year are up 34% compared to 2019/20, reaching 1.12 million MT. China is driving the increase in sales as peas are being used in livestock feed as the country's hog stock recovers from Asian Swine Fever. The increased demand has kept continued strength in both the green and yellow markets through the beginning of the crop year.
