Vietnam's Tuna Exports to Chile Soared by 87% YoY in 2023

In 2023, Chile remained one of Vietnam's few tuna export markets, ranking 13 out of 109 to maintain strong growth. Tuna exports to this market in 2023 reached nearly USD 16 million, an increase of 87% year-over-year (YoY). Among them, processed and canned tuna products showed a substantial increase, up 192% compared to 2022. Exports of fresh, frozen, and dried tuna products increased, but at a slower rate, a rise of 46% YoY.
