Chilean cherries will be offered at low price in the Brazilian market for a while

The volume of Chilean cherry exported to China decreased substantially in 2021.
However, Brazilian buyers are still being offered cherries and prices for large sizes are below USD 10 per 5 kg box FCA .

Due to the reasonable price, Brazilian buyers are still importing cherries from Chile, which arrive in WK 1, though Brazilian consumers do not usually consume cherries after Christmas season. Hence, it is expected that Chilean cherries will be offered at low price in the market for a while.
