On November 21, 2022, the first air shipments of Australian nectarines arrived in the Guangzhou market for this season. There were two brands, and all of their polar light varieties were shipped as part of the first shipment. The nectarines from the first brand were of good quality, with normal firmness and good coloring, but had a sour flavor. The selling prices for this brand with a size of 63mm stood at USD 74.09-72.69/7.5kg (RMB 520-530/7.5kg), and 65mm stood at USD 76.88-75.49/10kg box (RMB 550-540/10kg box). While for the second brand, the quality condition was OK and less firm. The selling prices for this brand for 63mm size stood at USD 74.09-72.69/7.5kg (RMB 530-520/7.5kg), and 65mm stood at USD 76.88-75.49/9kg box (RMB 550-540/9kg box). 45–55% of the imported Australian nectarines were sold on November 21, 2022.
